This Policy applies to website visitors, prospects and customers, suppliers, business partners, those requesting technical service, and persons who consent to commercial communications.

What Data Do We Collect?

• Identity & Contact: Name, title, company, phone, e-mail, address.
• Contract/Customer Records: Quotes, orders, invoices, service forms, device serial and warranty.
• Technical Service: Fault/service tickets, intervention notes, appointments.

• Marketing Preferences: Opt-in/opt-out records.

Retention

Data are retained for statutory periods and as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, then securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Security

We implement administrative and technical measures (access controls, encryption, logging, physical/digital safeguards). We contractually require our vendors to protect data.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may request information, access, correction, deletion/erasure or anonymization; request notification to third parties; object to results against you from automated processing; and claim damages for unlawful processing.

How to Apply

Submit your KVKK requests with ID confirmation to our address in writing, via secure e-signature/mobile signature to our KEP (if applicable), or from your registered e-mail to info@monokodlama.com. We respond within legal time limits.
